I joined Sound Family Medicine in 1991 as our clinic's first mid-level practitioner. I've had the tremendous pleasure of watching our patients, community, and clinic grow over the years.
I enjoy the daily challenges of providing walk-in/urgent care for our patients. I strongly believe that my role as a health care provider is not just to treat disease, but also to help promote wellness in my patients. I am interested in natural medicine and have completed a yearlong professional course in homeopathic medicine.
I enjoy the outdoor life of the Pacific Northwest and I'm active in sea kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and mountaineering and have successfully climbed Mount Rainier on two occasions. I have twin adult daughters that keep my family life interesting.
